With rent increasing and utility prices on the rise, it makes it difficult for people to rent an apartment in Temple.  By offering a studio apartment with a refrigrator, microwave, new bed, and ALL BILLS PAID people have an opportunity to have money left at the end of the month AFTER THEIR RENT IS PAID.

The Matriarch of the family used to argue the fact that "these studio apartments are exactly what people need, and THEY JUST DON'T KNOW IT YET".  After explaining to her that the apartments were small and we still had to pay the utilities, it would be impossible AND WE WOULD  BE CRAZY to try to make something like this work.  She constantly reminded us that we were not thinking about the customer, but thinking about the "glitter" of big city apartment development.  From that point on, her answer to everything was, "work it out".

WE DID, AND SHE WAS RIGHT!

We are not for everybody, but we are for people that don't want to spend all of their money on rent and utilities.  Some people say "Smart people live here".  We don't know about that, but we do know they are not spending all their money on rent and utilities.  Renters simply cannot afford the rent + the rent deposit + the electric + the electric deposit, or the water + the water deposit.
